Business Administration Apprentice – Jordan’s Solicitors - Level 2 Business Administration

Opportunity description

Quality Solicitors Jordan’s provides legal advice to the people and businesses in Doncaster. Jordan’s is a progressive modern practice of law office.

You will work for 37 hours from Monday to Friday 9-5:30 while working towards achieving your Business Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship. The training will be delivered in the workplace by YMCA Training - A perfect opportunity to earn whilst you learn!

Key duties include:

  • * undertaking photocopying tasks and scan documents
  • *undertaking filing documents on specific files
  • * preparing post for dispatch and take to Post Box if required
  • * taking special deliveries to the Post Office along with cheques to the Bank for processing
  • * acting as relief telephonist/receptionist
  • * communicating within the office in a professional way
  • * receiving visitors to the office in a professional manner
  • * undertaking specific project work as directed and under supervision to gain experience
  • * being a great team player with good organisational skills

The successful applicant :

  • Have excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Be articulate, professional, attention to detail.
  • Be well presented with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have good telephone manner
  • Have GCSE at C or above in Math’s and English or equivalent
