Administration Assistant Apprentice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration assistant Apprentice to join The Childrens Society, based at The Stratford Hub 21-23 Broadway, Stratford E15 4BQ

25 hours per week Mondays Required - Otherwise Flexible

Apprentice London - £15,700 Pro Rata (with progression up to £19,625 once qualified)

Location - Stratford Hub

Please note that as this is an apprenticeship position, there will be a pre-requisite English and Maths Assessment (which is a standard pre-requisite). This will be completed after shortlisting stage. The candidate will be working towards Level 2 Customer Service qualification during their Apprenticeship.

The Children’s Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We’re there for children, every step of the way. 

This role sits within our children and families directorate, which works to provide immediate one-to-one and group support for children who urgently need support. Your role will be to help us maintain and develop innovative practice to support our work in our services around the country 


A key part of this role will be your ability to support the Admin & Finance Manager in the day to day running of the Stratford Hub. 

In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A professional and approachable demeanour
