Aftercare Assistant Apprentice - Catalyst Housing Ltd - Customer Service Level 3

Opportunity description

Catalyst Housing Ltd is one of the leading Housing Associations in London and the South East.  We provide more than 21,000 homes through a wide range of rental and homeownership opportunities and have over 40,000 customers.

The role is to provide  a s sistance to residents and to support the aftercare team with their tasks . You will be   providing the customer s with excellent  aftercare exper iences. You will work a 35 hour week, Monday to Friday 9-5. 

Key Duties:

  • Able to communicate effectively in writing and face to face to a wide range of customers 
  • Able to learn new systems to be able to understand & explain to others clearly & succinctly 
  • Excellent customer focus 
  • Punctual and well organised, able to meet deadlines 
  • Able to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers, whether face to face, by telephone or via written communication 
  • Be a flexible and co-operative team player. Understands the impact of their work on other colleagues/departments .
  • Able to travel to & between various sites throughout the Catalyst area of operations 
  • Comply with the Health & Safety provisions set down by Catalyst. 

The successful candidate should:

  • Have the a bility to work unsupervised as well as in a team
  • Have experience with computer systems 
  • Have e xceptional attention to detail
  • Be friendly, proactive and committed to delivering quality customer service 
  • Have GCSE maths and English grades A – C or equivalent
