You’re experienced in designing and delivering training, education or skills development programmes focusing on areas related to E2E (Life Skills, Gateway, Basic Skills), and you’re passionate about releasing potential. So are we. YMCA Training has a vision of a true learning society, and we’ve been providing training to economically and socially disadvantaged people for the last thirty years to make it happen.

Expect total involvement and enormous impact, as you co-ordinate the day-to-day delivery of training and support your team in expanding their own skills. Quite simply, you will be the catalyst that brings the E2E programme to life, as you allocate work, create and implement Action Plans, ensure compliance with statutory and funding requirements and stay abreast of the latest developments in learning and support materials.

A natural leader, you’re fully capable of recruiting, inducting and developing your team, supporting learners at every stage and undertaking strategic planning and internal verification. Equally importantly, you will hold relevant qualifications (7307, A1 and 2, D32/33 or equivalent) and be capable of building effective relationships and helping people overcome barriers to learning in order to enhance their self-worth.
