What is e2e?

e2e will prepare you for work and help you to decide which job is right for you. It will help you get your first step on the career ladder.

Improve your skills

e2e gives you the skills you need for life and work. You’ll get support with whatever you need to work on, like:

• Literacy and numeracy
• IT skills
• Communication skills
• Building your confidence
• Team working

Get the job

Not sure what career you want? On e2e you'll try out different work placements so you can see what you enjoy and what you're good at. We’ll also help you with:

• Writing your CV
• Searching and applying for jobs
• Improving your interview skills

Once you've completed the course, we'll help you to find a job or support your move to further education or training.
