YMCA Training Salford celebrates success!

YMCA Training Salford held a celebration event on the 19th September to celebrate the achievements of its staff and learners.

Learners were presented with certificates for their achievements and two learners, Dennis Williams and James Kitt shared their learning experiences with people at the event.

Peter Bottomley, administrator at YMCA Training Salford also received his Diploma in Business and Administration Level 3.

The Mayor of Salford, Councillor Eric Burgoyne and the Mayoress Valerie Burgoyne attended the event along with parents, learners and employers. Mike Garry, an international poet also attended and read some of his poetry.

Learner Natasha Redding-Howse entertained the audience by singing and playing her guitar, followed by four singers from All Hallows School.

The Mayor of Salford, Councillor Eric Burgoyne and the Mayoress Valerie Burgoyne both said that they really enjoyed the event.

YMCA Training Salford would like to thank Swinton Park Golf Club which was the main sponsor of the event.
