Although the history of YMCA Training Romford goes back
over 20 years, this month staff are celebrating it being the fourth
year since they began working with 16-18 year olds.
Clare Pettini, YMCA Training Romford, manager said "I first
joined the organisation in 2002 and was working with 18-24 year
olds supporting them into finding employment. The learners
often said that this was an excellent course, but they wished they
had learnt the skills before. So I was delighted when, in
November 2007 we were given a contract to work with a younger age
group".
