Who we are
YMCA Training provides a tailored service for employers
throughout England, and have been supporting the training needs of
businesses, from local SMEs through to national organisations, for
over 30 years.
What we offer for employers
We offer a variety of programmes for employers, which are
tailor-made to suit your business needs, for example:
- Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships in Health &
Social Care, Child Care, Playwork, Business Administration, Sport
and Leisure, Retail, Customer Service, Motor Vehicle and
Horticulture
- Skills for Life - we can provide training to help improve your
employee's maths, English, ICT or language skills.
- Bespoke training - we offer free training needs analysis to
help you plan your future training needs and deliver these at a
time and place to suit you.
- Short courses - including Health & Safety, First Aid and
CSCS.
- A "work bank" of participants providing opportunities for you
to trial potential staff, skilled matched to your business by our
dedicated Employer Engagement advisers.
