Our investment in your business
We'll work closely with your Apprentice to support them throughout the learning process. Our Training Advisers have a thorough technical knowledge of your industry so the support that you and your Apprentice receive will be of the highest quality. We promise to provide:
- A detailed induction programme, so the Apprentice will know exactly what's expected of them
- Help and support throughout the course
- Visits to the Apprentice in the workplace to monitor their progress and assess their knowledge. Your feedback is highly valued during this process
Your commitment
Supporting an Apprentice on your workforce has a wide range of advantages for your organisation. You just need to give a commitment to the training programme in order to maximise these benefits. To support an Apprenticeship you should be:
- Committed to your staff
- Enthusiastic about the training process
- Involved in your employees' learning needs
You'll also be required to pay your Apprentice a minimum of £80 per week, while they are undertaking the course. If you provide a placement for an Apprentice, we hope that you'll give them a permanent job either during their training or at the end. It makes sense as you'll have invested in their training and during this time can train them up to reflect your business needs and ethos.
