YMCA Training is committed to ensuring all our learners, staff
and volunteers, are effectively safeguarded.
To help us do this we have a number of initiatives in place,
including a team of local safeguarding advisers, a national
safeguarding manager, comprehensive recruitment policies and a
variety of training opportunities for staff and volunteers.
We aim to foster a culture of openness, safety and communication
in order to deliver our vision of training in a safe
environment.
